Tim was professional and courteous. His work is definitely Top Notch - looks amazing! He also did a fabulous job inspecting and cleaning up any mess he made. I do wish he had given me more notice that he would be a day later than planned. We planned for Saturday morning, so I moved my furniture on Friday evening to prepare for his coming. I recently hired Matt and his team from Top Notch Painting and Remodeling to repaint the entire upstairs of a house my Sister and I inherited from my Mother. From the first call, I knew Matt was going to be easy to work with and patient, as I had a lot of questions and had to pause to include my sister in all major decisions, which delayed the quote process a bit. Matt not only didn't mind but encouraged me to talk to whoever I needed to. When it came time for the work, Matt was on time and brought enough people to finish the entire job in a day. As I had to leave town for a family funeral, Matt sent me videos of his progress as the work proceeded and didn't mind our realtor doing the sign-off of his work. After the job was done, there has not been a single person who has seen the work and not be impressed by how good it looks! Called about a broken window that needed replacing. Spoke with owner. I explained it was an emergency situation and could he please give me an estimate. He came to my house within the hour. He gave me very reasonable estimate. He then told me he could get it done today. He was supposed to go vacation this coming week but did the work today ( same day).
